Over the last few weeks, Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has been linked to a potential move to Paris Saint-Germain this summer transfer window. However, it appears the move to the French capital isn’t happening.
Football Insider also reported a few days ago, citing sources, that Manchester United want to sell Sancho permanently during this transfer window. Moreover, RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins also recently reported that Sancho wants to sign for PSG, but the problem is just between the two clubs.
Nonetheless, this past weekend, new developments on PSG’s side have likely ended their pursuit of the 24-year-old. According to journalist Graeme Bailey, PSG’s pursuit of Sancho has come to an end following the signing of Désiré Doué.
The capital club has decided not to make any further moves for Sancho. Doué, meanwhile, has opted to join PSG, turning down offers from Bayern Munich and several Premier League clubs.

Sancho spent the latter part of the 2023-24 season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, where he was instrumental in their journey to the UEFA Champions League final.
Last season, Sancho played in 24 matches for Manchester United and Dortmund, scoring three goals and providing three assists. Now it seems the forward will have to revive his career at Old Trafford under manager Erik ten Hag.
