Chelsea Ponder Surprise Swap Proposal to Man Utd for Juve, PSG-Linked Player, Report Says

Despite being linked to Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain this summer, Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho could be making a surprise move to Chelsea in these final days of the transfer window.

CaughtOffside recently reported that Juventus have ruled out paying 100 percent of Sancho’s salary, though discussions are still ongoing. The Serie A club are reportedly keeping him on their radar as they look to strengthen their wing attack for the 2024-25 season.

Meanwhile, there’s some uncertainty about PSG’s involvement. They might be out of the running, but with the deadline approaching, things could still change in the final days.

The Telegraph’s Jason Burt reported on Sunday that Chelsea are hoping that Manchester United would be open to a surprise swap deal that involves Raheem Sterling before the window closes on Friday.

Burt isn’t the only journalist linking Sancho to a move to the Blues this upcoming week. Journalist Ben Jacobs also reported on Sunday that the 24-year-old isn’t an easy deal for Chelsea to complete.

Per Jacobs, Sancho would have to significantly drop his wage to move to Stamford Bridge. It will be interesting to see what transpires regarding Sancho, but it appears the Red Devils are open to allowing him to leave.

  1. Because of the falling out with Erik ten Hag, the club don’t want to re-assimilate Jadon Sancho and want to make a swap with Chelsea, with Rahim Sterling coming to Manchester United.
Another discard being unloaded by Chelsea.
All because Sir Jim Ratcliffe doesn’t want to spend money on Manuel Ugarte and looking for such bargain deals.
Already the signs are there with the defeat to Brighton that it will be another wasted season and instead of sacking Erik ten Hag, the club/hierarchy is making comprises!!!!
