Reports emerged that Samu Omorodion’s move to Chelsea has officially fallen through. Significant issues have been confirmed, and Omorodion is expected to return to Madrid in the coming hours, with a strong possibility of joining another club within the next few days.
As for Chelsea, they are reportedly circling back on Napoli star Victor Osimhen. The 25-year-old is linked to other clubs, such as Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain. Despite seeing their deal for Omorodion fall through, the Blues are sticking with their stance regarding Osimhen.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Chelsea remain interested in Osimhen, but they’ve made it clear that they want a loan deal. However, his current salary is a sticking point, so they’ll need to reach a compromise to make it work.

In an interview with Il Corriere dello Sport, Antonio Caliendo, the agent of the Napoli star, expressed his confusion over why no team has made a strong push to sign his client and strengthen their attack for the upcoming season.
“There’s so much negligence today,” Caliendo said. “Just look at how things are being handled. He’s worth €200 million, yet he’s stuck on the sidelines, waiting for who knows what.
“I know Calenda—he’s the one who blocked Maicon’s transfer to Real Madrid. He’s not welcome in Brazil! I really feel for Osimhen. He’s a fantastic striker, powerful, and incredibly fast. It’s heartbreaking to see him in this situation.”
