Barcelona, Atlético Madrid Eye PSG Veteran as Transfer Deadline Approaches, Report Says

Paris Saint-Germain are attempting to offload players before Friday’s transfer window deadline. One player that the Parisians are keen on moving off from is veteran Danilo Pereira.

The Portuguese player has been a club leader since his arrival in 2021 and has made 157 total appearances for the French giants. Moreover, Danilo has scored 10 goals while registering three assists for the capital club and has been a versatile player, playing in the midfield and defense.

However, it appears his time with PSG is ending soon, as the Parisians are attempting to unload the player before the summer window closes. As a result, the midfield will be a young group, with Fabián Ruiz, at 28, being one of the older players.

On Wednesday, RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins reported that FC Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, and FC Porto are interested in Danilo and have inquired about the transfer conditions.

It will be interesting to see if any of these three clubs make a bid for the player that is suitable for all parties involved.
