Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola entered a tense situation on the pitch for Kylian Mbappé, who couldn’t continue due to his nose injury, in the second half of extra time between France and Portugal.
Moreover, he would be one of the five penalty-takers and rise to the occasion. Despite being 21 years old, coming off the bench, and only having a few caps to his name, Barcola converted his penalty kick, beating Portugal goalkeeper Diogo Costa.
The cameras also caught the Real Madrid star celebrating the conversion for the player who came on for him in the contest.
