Stade Rennais’ Désiré Doué has caught the eye of several top European clubs this summer. Now, as this transfer window ramps up, one club will make a serious move for the player.
Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Tottenham Hotspur are all reportedly interested in the teenager. The 19-year-old had a standout 2023-24 season, playing in 43 games and racking up four goals and six assists in all competitions for the Ligue 1 team.
With the number of clubs keen, Bayern Munich is pushing to secure an advantage over the competition.
Le Parisien’s Benjamin Quarez reports that the German club have made an official bid worth €35 million, including bonuses for Désiré Doué—Rennes have rejected it since the offer doesn’t match their demands.
