Paris Saint-Germain are seriously considering signing Dean Huijsen, Juventus’ center-back who spent last season on loan at AS Roma, to bolster their center-back position.
A few days ago, Tuttosport reported that Huijsen has agreed to join PSG, extending the contract until 2029. PSG initially offered €20 million, a sum deemed low by Juve, who are seeking at least €30 million.
Moreover, information from TuttoJuve.com indicates that PSG and Bayern Munich have made significant progress in their negotiations. Additionally, Dortmund, Liverpool, Newcastle, Leverkusen, Leipzig, and Stuttgart closely monitor the defender’s situation.
Despite a reported bid that was deemed low, PSG are prepared to come back with another proposal. Journalist Alfredo Pedullà reports that PSG met with a vital intermediary in the Huijsen case.
PSG might make Juventus a new offer of at least €25 million, with Bayern Munich and another German club also interested.
