Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabián Ruiz has emerged as one of the surprise stars for the Spanish national team at UEFA Euro 2024. The 28-year-old is one of the reasons why La Roja are in the semifinals.
The 28-year-old has scored two goals and two assists in four games during this tournament. Ruiz’s stock is rising with this tournament, and there’s speculation that the Parisians could decide to sell high on him.
Amid gossip and rumors, the Spanish midfielder’s agent spoke about his client’s future and noted that the PSG standout desires to return to a La Liga club before his career ends.
“There’s still many years left on his PSG contract but Fabian has the idea of returning to Betis,” Ruiz’s agent told Radio MARCA. “Ruiz has a great career ahead of him, but it’s clear that he wants to play for Betis again.”

Once Euro 2024 is over, the player could determine his future, whether it’s remain in the French capital or listen to other offers. Nonetheless, Ruiz could opt to stay and be part of PSG’s midfield for the foreseeable future.
