On Sunday, journalist Ben Jacobs reported that Napoli striker Victor Osimhen is growing impatient and hopes the Serie A side will ease their stance on his release clause.
The 25-year-old has been linked to Paris Saint-Germain over the last few days. However, a potential has hit a standstill, leading to the frustration that the striker is probably feeling.
L’Equipe recently shared that Osimhen is still interested in moving to PSG, and sporting advisor Luís Campos is a big fan of his. However, negotiations with Napoli have stalled because of their demands, and PSG manager Luis Enrique isn’t looking to pursue Osimhen at the moment.
The latest information comes from TEAMtalk, which reports that Osimhen is ready to join Chelsea if they can strike a deal with Napoli. However, he’s also open to moving to PSG.

This situation with Osimhen is also holding up Napoli’s plans for a replacement. La Gazzetta dello Sport also reported that Napoli is still unsure who their No. 9 will be for the upcoming season.
Even though they’ve been trying to sell Osimhen, who has a £110 million release clause, the Nigerian striker remains with the club. Chelsea veteran Romelu Lukaku will only come in if the 25-year-old moves on.
