Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to spend nearly €60 million on Stade Rennais’ Désiré Doué. The Frenchman is generating a lot of interest from top European clubs and the Parisians are acting fast to ensure they land the player.

Recent reports indicate that Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Tottenham Hotspur are all interested in the young talent from Stade Rennais.

Moreover, journalist Ben Jacobs reported this week that PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi is personally involved in the negotiations, and the French giants are confident they can convince Doué to join them.

Sky Sport Germany’s Florian Plettenberg provided new information on this file, noting that PSG have made a new offer for Doué in recent hours: €60 million, including add-ons.

Bayern Munich have not yet increased their bid. The Bundesliga side are considering their next steps but have set clear limits, with their current offer at €55 million all-in.

Doué had an impressive 2023-24 season, playing in 43 games across all competitions and tallying four goals and six assists for Rennes. Additionally, his stock could rise further with a strong showing for France at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
