Last month, Paris Saint-Germain was linked to Everton midfielder Amadou Onana. Everton considers the Belgian international a valuable player they might sell. His performance at UEFA Euro 2024 could also attract interest from other clubs looking to secure his services.
As the 2023-24 season drew to a close, Onana wasn’t consistently starting in Sean Dyche’s lineup. The Premier League club might look to offload him to retain other key players at Goodison Park this summer.
Foot Mercato’s Sébastien Denis reports that PSG are considering Amadou Onana as a potential replacement for Manuel Ugarte. He’s now in the mix alongside João Neves and Everton are looking for around €55 million and €60 million for Onana.

Meanwhile, Manchester United is also interested in Onana, but they prefer to sign Manuel Ugarte. Another team linked to the 22-year-old is FC Barcelona as Diario AS recently reported that the Catalan side are looking to sign a new defensive midfielder to replace Busquets. However, sporting director Deco’s top pick isn’t a feasible option.
Onana played in 37 total matches last season, scoring three goals and providing one assist for his Premier League club. It will be interesting to see if PSG or any other club will try to sign the Everton standout, who also has experience in Ligue 1 from his time with LOSC Lille.
