Everton’s Amadou Onana could be on the move this summer, with the Toffees probably needing to accept an offer for him before June 30th to help them comply with Profit and Sustainability (P&S) rules.
The Belgian international made 37 appearances this past season, scoring three goals and registering one assist for Everton. A recent report from Football Insider linked Bayern Munich and PSG to Onana.
PSG might bolster its midfield this summer, and as the transfer window opens, various rumors will surface. Onana has experience playing in Ligue 1, having spent time at LOSC Lille before joining Everton in 2022.
Nonetheless, if the former Lille standout is a player they’re considering, there’s a new challenger for the midfielder. Although the finances might prohibit them from pursuing the Onana.
According to Cadena SER, Barcelona sporting director Deco likes Onana and Newcastle United standout Bruno Guimarães. However, Barcelona cannot register either at the moment.

Everton will probably be open to selling the 22-year-old this summer. The Premier League club aims to raise funds and avoid parting ways with Jordan Pickford or Jarrad Branthwaite if possible.
