Paris Saint-Germain have their eyes on the player who they feel will replace Kylian Mbappé long-term. The Parisians are willing to shell out a large sum to have the star player they likely believe can be the face of this new project.
Many assume that Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is the ideal replacement for the 25-year-old but if Napoli don’t want to sell then it’s not much PSG can do on this front. As a result, the capital club will have to look at other files and there’s Lamine Yamal.
Yamal have been linked to the Parisians in the past, but Barcelona have made it clear that the teenager isn’t for sale. However, Mundo Deportivo provided new information on this file.
According to the Spanish media outlet, Barcelona has received information that PSG are prepared to pay a record-breaking fee to acquire Yamal, whom they’ve selected as Mbappé’s successor. PSG are willing to surpass their own €222 million record by offering up to €250 million for the transfer.
