Paris Saint-Germain will have to find other avenues for goal-scoring with Kylian Mbappé’s departure this summer. As a result, the capital club is linked to various players to fill the void that the French will leave behind.
Over the last few months, Napoli’s standout, Victor Osimhen, has been constantly linked to the Parisians. However, now another name is garnering attention: RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Šeško.
Journalist Ben Jacobs provided the latest regarding Šeško as the player will be in high demand once the summer transfer window opens in a few weeks. According to Jacobs, the 21-year-old’s variable release clause has now risen to £55 million.
Moreover, the information reveals that Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, and PSG are all still interested in signing Šeško, with Arsenal and Chelsea making the most concrete moves so far.
Šeško hasn’t committed to any club yet. Leipzig has offered him a lucrative contract renewal. He has also received interest from Saudi Arabia, with both Al-Ahli and Al-Ittihad discussing him, but there’s no sign that Šeško wants to move there.

The Slovenian goal-scorer is under contract with Leipzig until 2028 and scored 18 goals and registered two assists in 42 appearances for the German side this past 2023-24 season.
