Paris Saint-Germain secured their second goal in the Coupe de France final against Olympique Lyonnais on Saturday night at the Stade Pierre Mauroy.
Ousmane Dembélé scored the capital club’s opening goal, and now Fabián Ruiz scored in the 34th minute to give them a 2-0 advantage. After a chaotic play in the box, Ruiz fired an initial shot that was stopped, but his follow-up strike resulted in the goal.
The Parisians have begun to secure a stranglehold on the contest and head into halftime with positive momentum.
