On Tuesday, Paris Saint-Germain suffered a harsh blow at the Parc des Princes, falling 1-0 to Borussia Dortmund (2-0 on aggregate) and ending their UEFA Champions League run in the semifinals.

Manager Luis Enrique noted after the second leg that the Parisians were unlucky, considering that the team had 30 total shots, with four of them hitting the woodwork.

Nonetheless, RMC Sport pundit Daniel Riolo didn’t hold back with his criticism of the Spanish tactician. Riolo stated that Edin Terzić took Enrique to school over the two legs and even noted that it’s now time to sack the 54-year-old.

“I will always have an issue with Luis Enrique,” Riolo said on After Foot RMC (h/t Le10Sport). “His unconventional tactics will always make me apprehensive. I still believe that Thiago Motta would have been the best option for PSG, and we missed out on that opportunity once again.

“I’m telling you there is no genius. I just want us to stop saying he’s a genius. He’s just an ordinary coach. Terzić taught him a lesson in two matches. Stop saying he’s a damn genius. He’s just an ordinary coach.”

Motta is expected to be a popular name this summer, with rumors linking the former PSG midfielder to managerial roles at Juventus and Manchester United if he chooses to leave his current position at Bologna.

Moving on from Enrique seems far-fetched at this point, considering a recent report revealing that PSG want to meet with the 2015 Champions League winner and his representatives to work out a contract extension.
