According to a recent report, PSG are among the clubs that have inquired about the 17-year-old, known as Messinho, but no clubs have made a formal offer yet. Nonetheless, there’s new information on this saga.
GOAL Brasil reports that Bayern Munich are planning to outbid Chelsea for Willian. The German club’s offer is expected to reach €60 million in total, between the fixed fee and add-ons. Chelsea have already offered €35 million fixed plus €25 million in add-ons.

Palmeiras expect to receive the net value of the release clause (€45 million), which means the interested clubs will have to pay the taxes for the deal, taking the overall fee to around €55 million.
