Paris Saint-Germain have one of the brightest young players in football, Xavi Simons. After being eliminated from the UEFA Champions League, which signals the end of the Kylian Mbappé era, many are looking forward to Simons returning from his loan stint at RB Leipzig.
However, a new report reveals that the Simons era might not begin in the French capital after all. The 21-year-old is taking the Bundesliga by storm as he’s made 42 appearances across all competitions while scoring nine goals and recording 15 assists.
Last season, the young attacker had a successful loan stint with PSV Eindhoven, and this campaign, he’s making sure that everyone knows that his production in the Netherlands was no fluke.
The growth that Simons has taken over the last two years excites PSG supporters. Nonetheless, BILD reports that Simons could be available on the transfer market this summer for €60 million.
