Victor Osimhen will be a highly desired player this summer transfer window, with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Paris Saint-Germain linked to the Napoli standout. However, the capital club received a threat should they pursue the Nigerian goal-scorer.
It’s rumored that acquiring Osimhen could cost approximately €130 million for any interested club. As a result, the 2023 Serie A winner would likely be the starting No. 9 if he were to arrive in the French capital, especially if PSG pays that price.
Nonetheless, Sports Zone reports that Gonçalo Ramos’s agent, Jorge Mendes, insists the Ligue 1 champions must give Ramos a chance. Mendes further clarified that he won’t facilitate any deal if Paris signs another striker this summer.

As a result, Mendes could spoil PSG’s interest in any player he represents should the Portugal striker be relegated to the bench or, at the very least, receive inconsistent minutes with the arrival of a new No. 9.
Mendes’ threat would be good news for Arsenal, Chelsea, or any club keen on securing Osimhen this summer. Meanwhile, PSG will have to decide whether to take Ramos’ agent’s threat seriously or ignore it to pursue Osimhen.
This season, the 25-year-old has played in 31 matches for Napoli across various competitions, netting 17 goals and providing four assists.
