Revealed: PSG, Real Madrid Target Knows Decision Date on His Future

It looks like LOSC Lille defender Leny Yoro could be changing clubs this summer transfer window. His contract as a center-back with Lille runs out in 2025, so he’s facing a decision about what comes next. If he decides not to extend his contract, Lille will need to sell him.

Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are both vying to sign the 18-year-old player. However, it seems Real Madrid might have the edge as they’re close to sealing the deal that would meet the desires of both the player and Lille.

Although it seems like a two-horse race, both teams won’t be waiting long to know what Yoro and his camp will decide. According to The Athletic (h/t Le10Sport), the Frenchman intends to let teams know of his decision this month.

A recent report revealed that Real Madrid have even found a solution to complete the transfer of Yoro. The Merengue club could, therefore, consider completing the transfer of the young Frenchman this summer before loaning him to LOSC for a season.

Recently, CBS Sports’ Jonathan Johnson spoke to PSG Talk and noted that this transfer file could go either way. As a result, it will be interesting to see what Yoro ends up deciding for his future.
