Kylian Mbappé will reportedly leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer when his contract expires. Many expect the Frenchman to join Real Madrid as a free agent, and while his arrival is probably welcomed, there are tactical concerns.
This season, Real Madrid standout Jude Bellingham has contributed in the goal-scoring department. Nonetheless, the question many will be asking is what role the Englishman will have should the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner join the Spanish giants.
On Sunday’s episode of El Chiringuito, MARCA’s José Félix Díaz noted that even if Mbappé arrives this summer, it shouldn’t change Bellingham’s role in the attack.
“Bellingham can’t be asked to stop entering the penalty area, and if Mbappé arrives… What happened at PSG with Kylian, [Lionel] Messi, and Neymar?” Díaz said on the program.
🤔 "A BELLINGHAM NO le puedes pedir que DEJE de PISAR ÁREA y si llega MBAPPÉ…".

Recently, PSG manager Luis Enrique expressed his desire for the winger to stay with his hometown club beyond this season. The Spanish manager’s remarks have sparked speculation about potential new developments.
Although anything is possible in the transfer market, all indications suggest that Mbappé is likely to leave.
