Meanwhile, th Catalan side will head into that clash well-rested. However, that doesn’t mean some Parisian players won’t get their rest this weekend.
The capital club faces Clermont Foot on Saturday, but one player won’t see the pitch before the Wednesday contest. According to RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins, Warren Zaïre-Emery will be rested against Clermont, so the talented teenager will come well-rested.
PSG’s coaching staff will not take risks with him and want to see him at 100 percent against Barcelona. The 18-year-old is a crucial player in the capital club’s midfield, so it makes sense that no chances are being taken. Furthermore, Luis Enrique and his team can make this decision with a cushion lead in Ligue 1.
