On Tuesday, Paris Saint-Germain aims to reverse the 3-2 aggregate score as they head to FC Barcelona’s turf for the second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals.
While there’s hope the team can reverse the situation once they play in Barcelona, the players are said to be confused about manager Luis Enrique’s tactical choices in the first-leg match against the Catalan side.
Although the second leg is still a couple of days away, Le Parisien is reporting the potential starting 11, and there doesn’t seem to be any experiments, such as putting Marco Asensio and leaving out Warren Zaire-Emery.
There will be no changes in the goalkeeping position despite Gianluigi Donnarumma’s tough first leg. On defense, Enrique is using Achraf Hakimi, who is back from his suspension, at right back and Nuno Mendes at left back on the other side. At center-back, Enrique will go with the veterans Marquinhos and Lucas Hernandez.
In the midfield, Zaire-Emery is back in and he’ll play alongside Vitinha and Fabian Ruiz. As for the attack, the Spanish boss is going with the trio of Ousmane Dembélé, Bradley Barcola, and Kylian Mbappé.
