Kylian Mbappé’s Exit Strategy from PSG Amid Positive Real Madrid Negotiations

Kylian Mbappé will reportedly leave Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent after the 2023-24 season. Many expect the Frenchman to join Real Madrid once his contract with the Parisians expires.

Perhaps the run in the UEFA Champions League, where the capital club is currently in the semifinals, has made the 25-year-old understand that he wants to leave on the best terms possible.

Transfer window specialist Fabrizio Romano reports that PSG, Mbappé, and his family want to have a nice farewell at the end of the season. All parties want to say goodbye respectfully.

The obsession of Mbappé is to leave PSG adequately. He wants to respect PSG, the fans, and the city. Furthermore, Romano notes that the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner is delighted with all his exchanges with Real Madrid.

Everything is on the right track for the Frenchman to join Madrid, and it’s only a matter of time before the contracts are signed. Manager Luis Enrique has thrown out a couple of Hail Mary messages in the media that might see the Frenchman stay.

“Let’s wait for Mr. Kylian to speak about his future,” Enrique said. “When Mbappé and PSG will speak in public, we will see. It’s like a process. Until Mbappé goes and speaks in public, I’m just here waiting and staying silent.”

Still, all signs point to a departure.
