How Barcelona’s Starting XI Against PSG in Crucial UCL Second Leg

FC Barcelona will attempt to hold onto their advantage as they have a 3-2 aggregate lead and defeat Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys. A report reveals the starting 11 for the Catalan side as they aim to advance to the semifinals.

Mundo Deportivo reports the potential lineup that Xavi Hernandez might go with against the Parisians. At the goalkeeper position, Marc-André ter Stegen and on defense, the Spanish manager is going with these four players: Jules Koundé, Ronald Araújo, Pau Cubarsí, and João Cancelo.

There’s a slight change in the midfield as Pedri comes into the fold alongside İlkay Gündoğan and Frenkie de Jong. Meanwhile, in the attack, Xavi will go with Lamine Yamal, Robert Lewandowski, and Raphinha.

PSG will be making changes from the first leg; most notably, a recent report from RMC Sport reveals that Warrem Zaire-Emery will come back in to play alongside Vitinha, and possibly Manuel Ugarte will come in, although Fabian Ruiz is still an option. As a result, the middle part of the pitch could look vastly different.

Finally, in the attack, Ousmane Dembélé and Kylian Mbappé will have Bradley Barcola join them to frustrate the Barcelona defense.
