PSG Have Not Made Any Blockbuster €200M Offer for Barcelona Standout, Report Says

Paris Saint-Germain have made a habit of plucking talent from FC Barcelona over the years, whether it’s Xavi Simons, Neymar Jr., or Ousmane Dembélé. Recent reports now put the Parisians in the mix for Lamine Yamal.

The Catalan side’s financial problems are well-documented, but even if they need money, they’re not keen on selling Yamal. Barcelona likely knows what type of talent they have in the 16-year-old.

Nonetheless, the Spanish team shouldn’t worry, as Matteo Moretto has confirmed to Fabrizio Romano’s Daily Briefing that no offers for Yamal have been made, whether from PSG or another club.

Reports suggest that PSG are willing to offer €200 million for Yamal, but that seems far-fetched. As a result, it didn’t take long for the rumor to get debunked as the capital club has Bradley Barcola and Dembélé in that position.

Barcelona must make tough financial decisions this summer to improve the squad. However, it is not willing to do everything possible to raise funds to ensure they have a larger transfer budget.

PSG supporters were recently asked whether they should pursue Yamal or Vinicius Junior should the opportunity present itself, with many noting that they prefer the youngster over the Brazilian.
