Manchester United Sensation Move to PSG Is ‘Difficult’ to See, Expert Says

Over the last couple of days, Paris Saint-Germain has been linked to Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford. The Englishman might need a change of scenery, as the Red Devils could make significant changes this summer.

David McDonnell from The Mirror reported that PSG are gearing up to make a £75 million offer to acquire Rashford this summer. However, the latest reports have debunked the rumor, and Sky Sports News’ Kaveh Solhekol doesn’t see a way that the 26-year-old could head to the French capital.

“I would find it difficult to see him moving to PSG,” Solhekol said. “Everybody knows that Kylian Mbappé is going to be leaving Paris this summer to move to Real Madrid. That is going to save PSG about €200 million a year. Obviously, they’ve been linked with players like Rashford, players like Osimhen, players like Rafael Leao at AC Milan as well, but my information is that Marcus Rashford is not really an option for them at all this summer.”

Another journalist, Peter Hall, also reported that the Ligue 1 side are not preparing an offer for Rashford at the moment. Napoli sensation Victor Osimhen remains their first choice, but if he indicates his wish to play elsewhere, then other options will be looked at.

As a result, it appears that any rumors regarding Rashford should be taken with a grain of salt. PSG could pursue a winger this summer, but it’s unlikely they will pursue Rashford.
