Luis Enrique Continues to Hint PSG Superstar’s Exit as Real Madrid Arrival Looms

Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique continues to hint at the departure of Kylian Mbappé. The latest remarks came after the capital drew 2-2 with Stade de Reims on Sunday at the Parc des Princes.

Reims opened the scoring in the seventh minute, courtesy of a goal from Marshall Munetsi. PSG received help thanks to an own goal from Yunis Abdelhamid in the 17th minute, and then Gonçalo Ramos scored two minutes later to make it 2-1.

Oumar Diakité scored in the 45th minute to level the scoring 2-2 and that’s how the game would end. After the game, the Spanish tactician spoke to the press and again hinted that the 25-year-old is leaving after this season.

“Oh a question about Mbappé, really? (smile),” Enrique responded (h/t Culture PSG). “He’s an incredible player and I only wish him the best. (the journalist told him that wasn’t the question but Luis Enrique said that was his answer). »

There’s also the possibility that his brother, Ethan Mbappé, could join him in the Spanish capital. A recent report from L’Equipe’s Loïc Tanzi suggests that Ethan is heading away from PSG like his brother Kylian.

Additionally, the information also cites a club source, who states, “We were quite close to a signature, we seem quite far from it.”
