Paris Saint-Germain will need a collective group to replace Kylian Mbappé’s production when he reportedly leaves in June. While the summer transfer window isn’t open yet, the Parisians are putting a plan in place.
Over the last few weeks, various names have surfaced as to who PSG might pursue to help fill the void that Mbappé will leave. One of the more recent names is Liverpool standout Luis Díaz.
According to Foot Mercato’s Santi Aouna, Díaz is Qatar’s priority to strengthen PSG’s attack and contacts have already been established with the player’s agent.
However, the report does state that the Reds have no desire to sell him. Antero Henrique and the player’s agent, Raul Costa, are extremely close. The latter has already worked with PSG, notably on the Neymar file in 2017.

While Díaz is a talented player, the capital club’s sporting advisor, Luis Campos, has other profiles in mind to strengthen his attack. As a result, it will be interesting to see which side gets their way, but if Liverpool has no desire to sell, then this file will reach a dead end.
The Colombian international has a contract until 2027 and Transfermarkt puts his transfer value at €75 million.
