Real Sociedad supporters hoped their team would mount a comeback akin to a remontada, given Paris Saint-Germain’s history of surrendering first-leg leads in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16. However, Kylian Mbappé dashed their hopes with his stellar goal.
Before the 25-year-old opened the scoring, Real Sociedad supporters jumped in unity to cheer their team on. However, once Mbappé scored, they all stopped unity in hilarious fashion, as the Parisians now had a commanding 3-0 aggregate lead.
