Over the last few weeks, Paris Saint-Germain has seen their name linked to Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyökeres. The 25-year-old’s 2023-24 season has captured the attention of top European clubs, but despite reports, PSG isn’t one of them.
The Swedish goal scorer has scored 36 goals and registered 14 assists in 39 appearances this season. As a result, clubs like Arsenal, Atlético Madrid, Chelsea, and PSG have been cited as having an interest in the player.
However, insider X account Djamel notes that PSG is not currently targeting Gyökeres. Furthermore, the club intends to keep Gonçalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani for the moment; it has confidence in them for next season.

Everything can change in the transfer window, but it seems that the capital club doesn’t see the No. 9 role as one they need to improve over the summer. PSG likely wants to give Kolo Muani and Ramos a full season without Kylian Mbappé, who is reportedly leaving to determine if the position needs an upgrade.
