Paris Saint-Germain might search for an attacker to replace Kylian Mbappé, whose contract ends in June, with rumors of a move to Real Madrid. Viktor Gyökeres, who has impressed at Sporting Lisbon, could be on their radar.
The 25-year-old player, with 32 goals and 11 assists in 35 matches for the Portuguese team across all competitions this season, has caught the attention of top European clubs due to his current form. PSG is among those taking notice of the Swedish striker.
However, if the capital gets serious about pursuing the sporting star, it will face stiff competition for the goal-scorer. Calciomercato reports that AC Milan have Gyökeres as a backup option should they fail to land Bologna star Joshua Zirkzee.
Gyökeres has a release clause of €100 million, which is difficult for Milan to reach but not deemed impossible. Nonetheless, the Italian side isn’t the only big club in the race for the forward, as a recent report also puts Arsenal in the battle.
Before entering the race, the capital club must determine whether it wants to move on from Randal Kolo Muani or Gonçalo Ramos.
