Kylian Mbappé seems likely to join Real Madrid in the future, and it’s no wonder that players with the Spanish giants are receiving questions about the Frenchman. The latest to share their comments on the matter is Lucas Vazquez.
After Real Madrid’s 1-0 win over Sevilla on Sunday, Vazquez was asked about ongoing reports regarding Mbappé. The veteran’s remarks, which were given with a smile, note that it’s a topic likely discussed in their dressing room.
“We hear a lot about what is happening in the press,” Vazquez said. “Obviously, we are not isolated and will see what happens. At the moment, he is a PSG player.”

Mbappé played his first game on Sunday at the Parc des Princes since reports of his decision to leave for Real Madrid. The 25-year-old was substituted in the 65th minute, leaving the pitch in a manner that didn’t sit well with some fans.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner threw the captain’s armband to Vitinha to have it placed on Danilo Pereira. Usually, the outgoing captain will put the armband on the player leading the team for the rest of the contest.
