The future of Kylian Mbappé remains a topic of discussion in the football world. Even when other footballers who have a connection to the Frenchman talk to the media, they answer questions about the 25-year-old’s future.
In an interview with Diario AS (h/t Bernabeu Digital), Mbappé’s teammate on the French national team, Theo Hernández, was asked about the Paris Saint-Germain forward’s future. Nonetheless, the AC Milan defender sidestepped the question.
Hernández stated that he hoped Mbappé would make the right decision for himself and his career.
“I have never asked him about that, but Kylian is intelligent, and I am convinced that he will make the right decision for his professional career,” Hernández told the Spanish media outlet.
“I would advise him to make the decision that he considers best for his professional career and for his personal satisfaction. In the end, the most important thing is a feeling of fulfillment and happiness.”
PSG hopes their offer is enough for the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner to remain in his hometown. According to François David, a journalist from Le Parisien, the Parisians are offering Mbappé the option to renew for another two years at a rate of €80 million for each of the two seasons he signs.
It will be interesting to see what happens, as many are on edge about Mbappé’s decision.
