Wolverhampton, Wolfsburg, & Frankfurt Keen on PSG Outcast This January

Paris Saint-Germain striker Hugo Ekitike has to leave the capital club this month if he wants to garner playing time to get his career back on track. Despite not playing in the first half of the 2023-24 season, the Frenchman draws interest from European sides.

After failing to leave last summer, the 21-year-old has yet to play this campaign, with Gonçalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani arriving to play the No. 9 position. So, who is in on the former Stade de Reims player?

L’Equipe (h/t Paris Fans) reports that the next few days will be decisive for the Ekitike file. Three clubs are now competing to secure the signature of the French striker.

According to the French media outlet, Wolfsburg has submitted an initial offer to PSG for a paid loan without a purchase option. Meanwhile, the Parisians are still in discussions with Wolverhampton Wanderers

Eintracht Frankfurt has accelerated once again in the past few hours, and its decision-makers are confident about reaching an agreement with Paris. The main task now is to convince Ekitike to come to the Bundesliga.
