Paris Saint-Germain could revamp its forward group this summer if Kylian Mbappé decides to leave this year. The Frenchman’s contract expires in June, and Real Madrid remains keen on the player.
If the Spanish side secures Mbappé, then PSG has to look at other options, and one of the names beginning to surface is Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford.
The Telegraph reports (h/t Le10Sport) that PSG might make a move for Rashford next summer. Last summer, Rashford was a name in the rumor mill, linked to a possible transfer to Paris, but nothing occurred.
Rashford has scored four goals and registered six assists this 2023-24 season. The Red Devils are in transition, and new voices like Jim Ratcliffe, who now owns 25 percent of the club, have a say in constructing the squad.
Furthermore, Manchester United allowed Jadon Sancho to leave on loan to Borussia Dortmund and rediscover his past form. Could the Premier League side do the same with Rashford?
PSG also has its eyes on AC Milan’s Rafael Leão, so targets are lined up and ready to pursue if Mbappé decides to leave.
