PSG’s Aggressive Bid for French Wonderkid Amid Man Utd, Real Madrid Rumors

Paris Saint-Germain likely knows that if they want to land Lille OSC defender Leny Yoro, the capital club needs to act fast. There will be stiff competition for the teenage defender, and there might not be room for error.

Yoro will likely become the next highly coveted French talent, given that Les Dogues may need to part ways with him this summer, considering his contract expiration in 2025.

Foot Mercato’s Santi Aouna reports that Yoro is the main target for PSG in the winter transfer market. Luis Campos is doing everything possible to convince all parties. The sports advisor has put other options for this position on hold.

Lille can secure a substantial transfer fee, as prominent football clubs such as PSG, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, and Real Madrid express strong interest in acquiring the player.

According to a recent report, Lille is currently seeking a winter transfer fee for Yoro ranging from €80 million to €90 million. Interestingly, the asking price will drop during the summer, with the French club targeting a range of €50 million to €60 million for the promising teenage defender.

It will be intriguing to observe whether Campos manages to secure the player but opts to keep him at Lille for the remainder of the 2023-24 season or if it is possible to bring the player during this January transfer window.
