Paris Saint-Germain’s first match of 2024 will be the Trophée des Champions against Toulouse FC on Wednesday at the Parc des Princes.
It will also be the first trophy the capital club can win in the Luis Enrique era. The squad can set the tone for the second half of the 2023-24 season, in which PSG hopes to win the treble, and winning this trophy could build winning momentum.
So, who will be in the starting 11 for the French giants? L’Equipe reports the projected lineup for the matchup.
Gianluigi Donnarumma will be between the pipes. Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, Milan Skriniar, and Lucas Hernandez will be in the backline. Warren Zaïre-Emery, Manuel Ugarte, and Vitinha will be occupying the middle part of the pitch for the Parisians.
Finally, their attack will consist of Kang-in Lee, Kylian Mbappé, and Ousmane Dembélé. PSG and Enrique hope this lineup is enough to beat the reigning Coupe de France champions.
