Paris Saint-Germain won their 12th Trophée des Champions Wednesday night after defeating Toulouse FC 2-0 at the Parc des Princes. Kang-in Lee and Kylian Mbappé scored for the French giants, enough to win the first trophy in the Luis Enrique era.
The 25-year-old winger adds another trophy to his cabinet; however, when speaking to the media, he couldn’t avoid the question regarding his future.
“I haven’t made my decision. I didn’t make a choice…nobody talks about my situation inside the club,” Mbappé said. “I haven’t made my choice yet, but we have an agreement with the president, which means that all parties are protected. My future is not an internal subject. You have to think about the team.”

All eyes are on Real Madrid, who have already extended an offer to the Frenchman to secure the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner. Reports suggest that the Spanish side will have a deadline on their proposal.
Nonetheless, the La Liga side does face competition. As per Le Parisien, Liverpool is actively vying for the signature of the 2022 FIFA World Cup runner-up. Furthermore, if the move materializes, he would serve as the long-term successor to Mohamed Salah.
Observing Mbappé’s decision regarding his future will be intriguing, and the reporting and rumors surrounding this matter are expected to persist throughout the month.
