Kylian Mbappé recently spoke about his future after Paris Saint-Germain won the 2023 Trophée des Champions on Wednesday night after defeating Toulouse FC 2-0 at the Parc des Princes.
The 25-year-old stated that he has yet to decide on his future amid rumors that Liverpool and Real Madrid are keen on landing him as a free agent. With Mbappé becoming a free agent in June, he can now sign a pre-contract.
ESPN’s Julien Laurens spoke to the BBC about the saga and noted that he believes when the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner says that he hasn’t decided on his future yet.
“I really believe him when he says he hasn’t decided yet if he wants to stay a little bit longer or go somewhere else as a free agent in the summer,” Laurens told the English outlet. “Whether that’s Real Madrid, very likely, Liverpool, less likely, but that’s another team that he really, really likes, even if he lives as a free agent.”

All eyes are on Real Madrid, who have already extended an offer to the Frenchman to secure the winger. Reports suggest that the Spanish side will have a deadline on their proposal.
Meanwhile, Liverpool is actively vying for the signature of the 2022 FIFA World Cup runner-up. Furthermore, if the move materializes, he would serve as the long-term successor to Mohamed Salah.
Mbappe should hurry up in his decisions, Madrid is the right place for him to become a more greater player in the world.
