Paris Saint-Germain isn’t giving up on the chance to land Lille OSC defender Leny Yoro. The capital club wants to secure top French talent as part of their new transfer policy. However, to sign the 18-year-old, it will come at a cost.
Lille knows what type of talent they have on their hands, so Les Dogues has no plans to let him go unless a club meets the desired asking price. Furthermore, the transfer fee will be high, with other major European clubs eyeing Yoro.
So, how much would PSG, or any other interested club, need to pay? According to Foot Mercato, Lille wants €50 million. There is also no indication that Lille will give into negotiating a lower fee, especially as it is currently working on an extension of its talented central defender.
Apart from the French giants, Real Madrid wants to make Yoro their new Raphaël Varane. To catch all these beautiful people off guard, sporting advisor Luis Campos knows what he has to do. There’s also interest from Bayern Munich.
The January transfer window could be when either of these clubs looks to secure the teenager, even if they loan him back to Lille and wait for his arrival in the summer.
