Former Real Madrid youth player Denis Chéryshev shared his thoughts on the saga while speaking to Diario AS (h/t Bernabeu Digital). The Russian stated that if Los Blancos want the Frenchman to be their No. 9, it’s best not to go through with any deal.
“It is difficult to say no to Mbappé, but if he is going to take the place of Joselu, with whom I coincided for two years at Castilla, it is better not to,” Chéryshev said.
