AC Milan Targets Defensive Boost with Loan Move for PSG’s €12M Full-Back

The January transfer window will open in a few days, and Paris Saint-Germain could see incomings and outgoings. Who could be on the way out of the Ligue 1 side? Well, a report suggests it’s Nordi Mukiele.

Mukiele arrived at PSG in 2022 and is a key rotational player for the capital club. However, could the 26-year-old be tempted to leave if an opportunity to become an everyday starter presents itself?

Will Nordi Mukiele be heading to Serie A?

According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, AC Milan sees the Frenchman as a viable option for the full-back position. Di Marzio notes that the Serie A side would contact PSG to know if they’re open to a loan deal for the defender. If so, this would be a concrete move.

How much would it cost the Italian club? Transfermarkt puts the defender’s value at €12 million, which might be a discussion starting point. While Hakimi has the right-back position lockdown, they need depth if the Parisians want to compete in multiple competitions.

Furthermore, with the player under contract until 2026, it’s hard to see PSG allowing him to leave on loan when he’d be more valuable to the team for rotation and possible injury purposes.
