Champions League: Kylian Mbappé Reveals PSG’s Mindset for Newcastle and Dortmund Matches

Paris Saint-Germain could not secure a favorable result on the road, as the capital club lost 2-1 to AC Milan on Matchday 4 of the UEFA Champions League.

Had the Ligue 1 side secured a win on Tuesday night, it would have put them on the doorstep of clinching a knockout stage spot. However, PSG is in a challenging position after the loss. 

PSG are currently in second place in Group F with six points, ahead of AC Milan (five points) and Newcastle United (six points). Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund holds the top spot with seven points. After the loss, Kylian Mbappé spoke with PSG TV and revealed the mindset heading into the final two matchdays.

“The last two UCL games? We’ll play our first game at home,” Mbappé said. “We have a lot of confidence at home. So we’ve got to go and win it, and then we’ve got to make progress for this last away game.”
