Real Madrid President’s Lighthearted Reply to Mbappé Signing Plea

Real Madrid supporters are likely exhausted with the Kylian Mbappé transfer saga. Over the past two years, there’s been plenty of rumors and a rejection from the Frenchman.

The Paris Saint-Germain will become a free agent after this 2023-24 season. Furthermore, with the January transfer opening soon, the rumors are that the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner can sign a pre-contract.

While meeting with supporters, Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez was asked to sign the Paris Saint-Germain star. The club chief had a quick response to those asking for the France national team captain.

“Presi, sign Mbappé,” the fan told Pérez.

“I’ve never heard that before,” Pérez jokingly responded.

Transfer window specialist Fabrizio Romano recently revealed the details from PSG’s perspective. The journalist stated that the French giants believe they’ve done all to convince the forward. As a result, all the Ligue 1 side can do at this point is hope their project convinces Mbappé.

It will be interesting to see how this entire saga plays out.
