PSG’s Luis Enrique Looks to Get Wild with Tactical System, Report Reveals

Manager Luis Enrique is still trying to figure out how his Paris Saint-Germain can stop dropping points after the 0-0 draw against Clermont Foot on Saturday. As a result, changes to the Spaniard’s tactical system could arrive.

L’Equipe’s Loïc Tanzi reports that Enrique is not stopping himself from changing his system in the coming weeks. So what would a new tactical formational look like for the Ligue 1 giants?

In training, PSG worked at times in a 4-2-3-1 with Gonçalo Ramos as the striker, Ousmane Dembélé supporting him, Kylian Mbappé on the left and Randal Kolo Muani on the right.

The Parisians are in England for their Matchday 2 UEFA Champions League clash against Newcastle United. However, don’t expect Enrique to come out with the formation in such a high-stakes match. Le Parisien recently reported that the projected starting 11 didn’t have both Kolo Muani and Ramos.

Nonetheless, the Spanish tactician can throw a grenade and put out this experimental starting 11 to throw off Newcastle. It will be interesting to see when he decides to roll out this tactical plan.
