Former Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar Jr. suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in his left knee during a FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Uruguay on Tuesday.
The 31-year-old is scheduled for surgery, but the date hasn’t yet been confirmed. While there’s no timetable for his return to the pitch, reports suggest Neymar will be out for eight months.
