Kang-in Lee’s Return to PSG Revealed; Marco Asensio Injury Update

Reinforcements are coming to Paris Saint-Germain as there’s a timeline for the return of Kang-in Lee and Marco Asensio.

Lee left the French capital after the Matchday 1 UEFA Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund. Over the past few weeks, the 22-year-old has been with the South Korean national team at the Asian Games.

According to Le Parisien, Lee will return with the PSG squad after the October international break. The former Mallorca star has appeared in three matches so far this 2023-24 season. The middle player missed two games due to a muscle injury.

PSG ready to integrate Marco Asensio into their squad

Asensio was beginning to heat up before injuring his foot during the September international break with the Spanish national team. The 27-year-old had two goals and one assist in three matches for PSG.

Nonetheless, Le Parisien also reports that the former Real Madrid forward is expected to return after the October international break. Asensio has yet to play in the UEFA Champions League this season, so the squad could use his offensive production.

PSG supporters hope that the Spaniard can pick up where he left off regarding his form. The French giants will need him for those back-to-back matches against AC Milan beginning on Oct. 25.
