Paris Saint-Germain’s Hugo Ekitike appears to be on a rather tumultuous journey. The striker has become an afterthought after failing to secure a move out of the French capital this past summer transfer window.
Additionally, RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins reports that the 21-year-old finds himself on the sidelines both on and off the field. Ekitike’s tumultuous relationship with PSG became evident last season.
What exactly has Ekitike done to not be in PSG’s good books? The young goal scorer’s performances and attitude came under scrutiny from specific figures within the club.

Recent reports have shed light on the potential new chapter in Ekitike’s career, which might see him take his talents far from Paris. Leading the charge for Ekitike’s signature is AC Milan, who were linked to him this past summer.
In the Premier League, three clubs are also in the mix to secure the Frenchman’s services: West Ham United, Everton, and Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Hammers and Toffees were clubs connected to the former Stade de Reims forward this past summer transfer window.
The newcomer in the race is Wolves. So, it will be interesting to see which club can secure the player once the January transfer window opens.
