While Paris Saint-Germain did give up three straight goals to Newcastle United, one was controversial. The second goal by the Magpies does have many people talking about whether or not it should’ve counted.

The chaotic second goal appears to have made contact with a handball, but it wasn’t sanctioned even as the play went for a VAR check. Eventually, this second goal stood for a 2-0 lead, with Newcastle adding a third in the second half and PSG finally breaking through.
